Walking by on a Saturday afternoon looking for some sushi that was open, it was amazing for the price and location for NYC. Asked the chef to serve what was the best. 3 pieces of sushi, flawless. Hand roll was good. I'm a stickler for the perfect crunch on my nori though. All around perfect for what we were looking for. Thank you!!!!

By far my new favorite Japanese restaurant. The food was delicious and sushi chef was incredible and the service was wonderful. Fried rice is the best fried rice ever. And I know fried rice.
Chef's choice is also the way to go. We let Jin pick and his choices were delicious.
Family owned too, so I feel great about finding a new neighborhood spot to support. I can't believe I haven't been here before! -

The lunch bento is a great deal and the owners are super nice. The amount of food for the price point is great and the quality is decent.

This place is basically at the right price point with nice people running it. My rule of thumb for a Japanese place is, usually, do they have natto rolls? If so, it is likely a joint that is closer to authentic.
They are around the corner from my office, I'm not super picky or a foodie, and they are fast. I have been happy with everything I have gotten from this place so I recommend it if you need to be fed and don't want to cringe while you eat. -

I really love this place! The food is really good and everyone that works there is very nice! It is a small restaurant so don't expect to come here with 15 friends. It is perfect for an affordable, delicious Japanese meal with a few friends or family (or takeout/delivery). Not always easy to find in NYC!
Lunch specials are very good value! The chicken katsu is my favorite--it is really a treat! The miso soup is also to die for! Really everything I have tried so far has been too notch... check it out!
